Comment:

I used the Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup tool to backup my Outlook 2003 personal folders before reinstalling Windows and then used it to restore. It opened the backed up PST file as a seperate set of Personal Folders. I'm able to move the contents of the inbox and other folders over fine, but cannot find a way to transfer the calendar appointments. Any ideas?

Just copy the Calendar folder to the pst file. You don't need to copy each entry seperately.

Life is more painless for those who are brainless.
