Comment:

I would like to burn a CD of all the old emails that I have gathered in Outlook's Inbox box & Sent box. After that, I will want to delete them from Outlook to free up some space.
We are using XP pro & Outlook 2003 at my office. How do I do this?

Thanks

If you really want to save the folders and not the actual pst file

File
Import and Export
Export to a File
Select the File type
Select the folder

Just go with the wizard.
