automatic phone dialer in Outlook

OS: Win 2000
CPU/Ram: Pentium4/>1000
Comment:

I get an error message: "An internal error occurred in automatic phone dialer." when I try to dial the phone number in any of my Contacts in Outlook. I can go to my Telephone Book in Outlook and the dialer works. Does anyone know the solution?
