We are running Outlook 2000 with Exchange 2000 Server. Is there a way to have a another user Carbon Copied on all messages sent out through Outlook. The user said that they had this previously, but it stopped working after we replaced there computer. I have looked through all options in Outlook with no luck.

Piece of cake. Invoke the Rule Wizard and after a few clicks you can detail the criteria right there to auto-copy a message to a specific person. Play around in the wizard, I found out how to do it in just a couple of minutes.
