|Just a word of caution when using Autocorrect in this manner.|
If you are using just the letter P then be aware that
if you need to enter a Part Number such as P-123
you may be surprised that you actually get PowerPoint-123
Autocorrect will always insert the PowerPoint text string if the P is followed by any special character,
IE: A Dash - , the Ampersand &, the Percent Sign % , etc etc
You can follow the P with a letter or number and it will NOT insert the PowerPoint text string.
You may want to use something like PP for PowerPoint, and WD for Word, EX for Excel, etc etc
Additionally, as you will find out, Case Matters. P is not the same as p
Also, I should have mentioned in my first reply, that Excel questions are best asked in the Office Software Forum.
