|You will need to provide details of how your workbook is laid out, include column headers. Explain which columns change triggers the sending of the email.|
This is pretty straight forward however in order for this to work when the workbook is closed you will need to setup a scheduled event, something I have not done. so hopefully someone can help with that when we have the working workbook.
