Attachment not showing

Using Outlook 2002. In the inbox window, an email with an attachment is not identified as such. Opening the email still does not show an attachment. However, the Save Attachment option allows for the saving of the file, and if the email is forwarded, the attachment shows up and sends to the next recipient.

Thanks, but it's not an issue of the Level of the filetype... The problem is as stated..It's not that the attachment is being blocked by the Level 1 rule. The attachment isn't even showing. No paperclip in inbox window and no attachment showing when the message is opened.
