Any Office 2003 expert here ?

Hopefully this is gonna be something real simple, but am a little stumped right now. I often use the Office Picture Manager tool within Office 2003, but lately I accidently noticed when I choose save as and the dialog box pops up, the drop down list by file name shows all previously modified files that had been saved. I need to clean out all that gob of mess. A lot of the file name there do not eve exist anymore, in other words, how do I clear the recent files in Office Picture Manager.
