Specs: Windows 64
I am trying to install and use my office publisher 2007 in windows 10? Is this possible to use? I am unable to open the program, even though the "control panel" page shows it has been installed.

Try a Repair:

Right-click the Start button (lower-left corner),
and choose Control Panel.

Click Programs > Programs and Features.

Click MS Publisher
Click Change.
Click Repair.

If that does not work, UN-install and try a re-install.

As far as I know 2007 should work with Win 10
you could try running a Diagnostic:

Running Microsoft Office Diagnostics

Click the Microsoft Office button

Click on the Options button to bring up the Options dialog box

Click on the Resources button in the left hand pane

Click on the Diagnose button in the right hand pane

Click Continue

Click Run Diagnostics

See how that works, and you could always try a Repair from Control Panel.

Running Microsoft Office Diagnostics

After you open publisher

Click the Microsoft Office button, upper left corner.

Click on the Options button, at the bottom of the pop-up window, it brings up the Options dialog box

Click on the Resources button in the left hand pane

Click on the Diagnose button in the right hand pane

Click Continue

Click Run Diagnostics
