How can I allow other programs to access Outlook XP 2003, without me needing to explicitly give access to the program(s) everytime they access Outlook?

Which version do you have, XP or 2003?
It also depends if this is a stand alone computer using a POP3 account or a networked computer using an exchange server. If it's networked, the option to turn off that annoying message is set on the Exchange server.

Ok, I'm going to ask again, which version of Outlook, XP or 2003? It's either one or the other, there is no such thing as XP 2003.
