How can I allow other programs to access Outlook 2003, without me needing to explicitly give access to the program(s) everytime they access Outlook?
Thanks!

Hi,
I have more info about your issue. Well in order to avoid the virus to exploit Outlook capabilities, MS has integrated a built-in protection again this flaw in Outlook XP and Outlook 2003 natively.
For Outlook, this is done by installing SP3 or Outlook Security patch. No way to dissociate once installed unless uninstall all Office 2000 products and reinstall without installing SP3 (only valid for Office 2000 and not for other versions). Only thing, you can benefit the improvement brought by SP3!
Otherwise, ther is a software solution proposed at this link and I think this more suitable for your case:

Or check this link to download an update version for your Pocket Mirror:

Let me know if this solution helped you please.
