Acess: Button to create new record?

Specs: ?, ?
I have little experience with MS Access and I don't know SQL or any language like that that would make this easier:

I am creating a form in design view and would like to have a button to add a new record into a given table. I don't know how to do this. Using the create button wizard results in a message box that says: "You can't go to the specified record." when I try to click the button in form view. I know there's probably a really easy way to do this. I wouldn't mind learning some easy code to do it if it's actually simple and easy, because I don't know *anything* about database-related languages and I'm not too keen on Access.

Pleeeeeease help! Thanks.

Is your form based on the Table that you want to add the record to? If not, make sure it is. Then, in Design View, Add Command Button, select "Record Operations", then "Add New Record." The select and select the visual display. Then Finish.

Life is more painless for those who are brainless.
