The fact that you expect something on the user side to modify a workbook for you means the user can modify the workbook for himself. ccc could hide him being 30 minutes late. bbb, who hates aaa, could erase aaa's logon records completely.|
A better method would be to have some sort of server, where the server exposes a logon function, which writes to a secure database. Hell, that database might even be an Excel worksheet.
