I'm using Office Xp.

In Access 97 I used to be able to link table A and Table B and have them show up in Field List.

The tables are in a 1 to many relationship.

However I cannot remember how to build a form using the tables.

I've used the Wizard, which works fine, but in the Design View the Field List button is greyed out.

Would someone refresh my memory on how to use the field list?

I found it.

Ran a query.

Saved the Query.

Opened a new form in Design view.

Went up to the corner where the rulers meet.

Selected Properties, All.

Then record source and my query popped up on the list.

Selected it and thr form list was active.

Yeaaah!!
