I would like to be able to connect to an Access DB that contains customer info from Oulook and send scheduled e-mails. Can this be done or do I have to populate my outlook address book with my customers info and do everything from within Outlook? Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Search for "email" in the help file. You will get instructions for a wizard that will email a form. You can customize many of the options. I am not sure if customization is building a macro or some basic programming.
