Comment:

We just installed Office 2003 on my computer at work. What an annoying little piece of work!!! I try to open up one of my databases that "I" created in Access 2000 and it comes up with a couple of warning screens.. one about Active X scripts might be harmful to me.. and then.. "Are you sure you want to open this file?" Is there any way, for pete's sake, to turn off those annoying active X and macro warnings? Where in Windows can you just go and adjust the security settings?? I couldn't find it in the Control Panel.

From the tools menu select Macro/Security...
Then select the Security Level tab if it is not already selected. Then change your security level to Low.
