I just received a MS Word file attached via an email. It is 4.5mb big but when you click it to open, you just see two pages. It did pass virus check. Any comments/advice? thx a lot.

Hi,

I'd e-mail whoever sent it back asking them what it is, what version of MS Word is was written with and what it should look like.

If you don't know the sender or get no reply I'd delete it very quickly.

If you do a print preview of the file, are there pages and pages of blank space after the 2 pages? If there are, click the cursor after the last line of the actual document, hold down SHIFT then go CTRL - END. This should Highlight all the blank lines - just delete them. (If there are LOTS of lines, this might take a while - be patient)
