|We are a small business and have to occasionally share documents with various outside clients.|
We thought of using something like dropbox or google or skydrive, but we want the document to have characteristics like Sharepoint, where the document can be "checked out" by anyone to view, but only one person at a time can edit the document.
We need something fairly quick and we definitely want something not too complicated... In other words, we don't want to get to installing Sharepoint on our server.
How can we share documents occasionally with outside clients and make it that the document can be edited by only one person at a time??
