A picture in excel keeps moving when printing

Excel Excel 2007

Specs: Windows Vista
Only on one computer in office, when there is a logo on a document, it appears right until print preview or print, then it moves and enlarges - everyone else can work on the same file adn it prints correctly. I can't find any settings different. How do we fix it?

Check the print driver on that machine. Is it the same as the others?

Is that machine printing to the same printer as everyone else?

If not, have her/him try a different printer and see what happens.

sadly same printer and drivers, all network settings are the same, so I thought it was isolated to an excel problem, but not sure what settings would cause this? His laptop, and all other desktops view correctly

I'll assume you've right-clicked the picture and chose Format picture to check the settings under the Properties tab.

Other than that I have no other suggestions.

Delete and reinsert?

Good luck!

If this problem occurs on this one PC, with different Excel files containing a logo, not just this one file, then I would consider an Excel 'Detect and Repair" (not sure if it's the same term in Excel 2007).

In Excel 2007:
Click the Office Button and select Excel Options (at the bottom of the Office Button dialog box)
In the Excel Options dialog, select the Resources tab on the left
Click the 'Diagnose' button next to 'run Microsoft Office Diagnostics' and follow the instructions
