602 Pro Suite Photo dll problems

Any attempt to open Photo editor results in following error: "The dynamic link library Gear602.dll or its part could not be found in the directory C:\program files\common files\sof602..."
Deletion of all Pro 602 Suite installed files, clean re-install, or download of new exe does not solve problem. The gear602.dll is present in the location mentioned above.
