Had to backup files, wipe laptop clean and reinstall XP Professional and 2002 Office Professional plus all service packs. Restored all files with no problems except for Outlook. When trying to import .pst file am getting the message "c:\\...\Outlook.pst is not compatable with this version of the Personal Folders information service." Any thoughts for resolution? Your help is appreciated.
