I have a new computer with office 2007, no publisher. I have a legal 3 computer copy of office 2002 with publisher, can I install 2002 without installing over 2007?

It can't hurt to call Microsoft Customer Support to find where you stand regarding your license and installation questions.

Perhaps they'll be willing to upgrade your 2002 Publisher to 2007 if you ask nicely.

They don't bite and based on feedback in this forum, they have been able to resolve these types of issues in the past.
