OS: XP SP3 build 2600
CPU/Ram: 2.40 gigahertz Intel
Product: Dell Optiplex 745
Comment:

unable to send over 5mg email through outlook pop3 (under 5mg +/- ok). Able to send via a webmail from same pc. Removed all AV and firewall. Authentication not SSL. Also tried outlook /safe (safe mode). Any ideas???

Have you increased your server timeouts? Your ISP may limit the filesize as far as what can be sent through their servers.

I had increased by server timeout to 10 minutes and my isp has a 10mg limit per.
