@ symbol in wrong place

Hi guys

My keyboard is playing up! The @ symbol and the " symbol have swiched places on the keyboard how do I get them back? Also the pound symbol is not working anymore

Already tried to remove it in hardware pannel and refresh to reinstall it..?

everything's ok in keyboard settin(language) in control pannel..? No caps lock at start..?

It sounds like the wrong keyboard is installed. The US keyboard will give this affect. You will need to set up the UK keyboard which may mean running Windows setup.
