How can i find the EXACT geographical location (latitude and longitude) of the opposite person i am text/voice chatting with in yahoo messenger?

You can't without the assistance of the others persons ISP and they are unlikely to provide it without a very good reason for doing so, like a court order.

Even then the information is likely to be limited because they could be talking to you from almost any computer in the world that is connected to the Internet, or these days, even a mobile device.
