I have an XP home SP2 computer that has a dialup and a blitzz usb wireless adaptor that is connected wirelessly to a wireless motorola router. Now I have a dell laptop in which i can connect with lan cable or wirelessly to the motorola router. Now my problem is I want to share the dialup on the desktop with the laptop. I have ICS enabled on my desktop and I can share files AND I can see the Internet Connection Icon in my network connections on the laptop but I have no internet and I can't see anything past the desktop with tracert. I've tried it with all firewalls disabled. Ive also ran network setups on both computers to no avail. I feel im a very IT oriented person but I can't figure this one out. It may be a configuration setting on the router or something very simple im missing here. Any help provided wil be appreciated.
