Do you mean have the computer connected to a USB cable modem and also connected to the network via a enthernet adpater? Do you want to allow Internet sharing for other computers on the network? If so the answer is yes.

Yes, I have two computers and they are connected together by USB and my nic is connected to my cable modem. I want to setup ICS can I bridge them together?

I've never tried to network utilizing USB. But it might work.
