XP Network Bridge

Product: dell inspiron 8200

I'm trying to use XP's bridging feature to bridge my wireless connection (internet) with my local area connection (ethernet crossover cable to one other laptop). As soon as I create the bridge, my wireless connection cuts out. I use a dell truemobile 1150 wireless nic. I can enable Force Compatibility Mode with netsh, but it doesn't help. Why does my wireless card cut out?

I think you misunderstand MS's use of the word bridge. I suspect that you really want an ICS or other http proxy server application.

I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you goober.
