XP Home won't share

I have a friend whose PC is running XP Home. I set up his My Documents as an open share on his XP Home PC. I did the same on his XP Pro PC. Both machines are in the same workgroup and can see each other over the same router. The XP Home machine can see the XP Pro machine with no difficulties whatsoever. However, when I try to browse to the XP Home machine from the XP Pro machine to the My Documents folder, I get a Permission Denied error. I've looked and looked all over the XP home PC, and can't seem to find where I can amend the permissions. Any ideas? Keep in mind it's the XP Home machine that's disallowing access from the XP Pro PC.

You need to make a user account on the XP Pro machine for the XP Home machine. Use the exact same username/password used to log onto the Home PC at bootup. Make sure either the Everyone group or this user account is added to the share you wish to access.
