I have a home network set up as follows –

DSL Modem
Netgear router (RP114)
Win 98 PC
Win ME PC
Win XP PC

Everything worked fine until I tried to install some antivirus software on the Win XP PC (both of the other PCs have antivirus SW previously installed).

After much difficulty I finally got the sw installed – but my home network no longer worked (sharing still worked but email and internet connection lost).

I have since unistalled the antivirus sw on the XP PC. The network now works fine as long as I do not attach the XP PC. When I do attach it, I lose email and internet connectivity on all machines. The XP works fine if I connect it directly to the modem.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
