yes you can set up LIVE on a wireless network, but my experience is that it sucks big time. It will lag b/c there is just too much data to transfer too quickly for wireless. Stick with the ethernet.

Yes, I have one in my house. My dad's pc has the router; my mom's pc, my pc, and my Xbox are all connected to the internet through my dad's pc via wireless LAN. We use a Linksys network and I have an official Xbox wireless adapter. It works great - the only lag I get is from other people on Live.
