I recieved the following error after I installed WSUS. What can I do to enable myself going into the default webpage for the WSUSAdmin...?

An error occured when communicating with the server, and this wizard must be closed. You may restart the WSUS Server Configuration Wizard from the Options page in the WSUS 3.0 console...

Alright i figured out my problem, which my solve yours as well. After viewing this site http://support.microsoft.com/kb/890015
i ran the netstat -ano and found out that there was another app already on the server using port 80, which wsus was trying to use. I went back into the installation and chose to use a custom WSUS webpage, thus setting the port to 85xx. The install finished and the configuration wizard came up as expected.

awesome, so you reckon I should uninstall, and then reinstall and just change the port number?

That guy didn't say that he uninstalled. He just picked a custom port. Try 8080.

Apparently, there is an admin site that you open in the browser. I never did one.
