Hi,
I am trying to use web remote desktop and seem to be having a problem forwarding ports to the static ip on my pc.
I have the following settings on my WRT54G router:
Application:mstsc
Start:3389
End:3389
Protocal:TCP
IP Address:192.168.1.***
Enable:YesApplication:mstsc
Start:****(Ip address set in IIS settings)
End:****(Ip address set in IIS settings)
Protocal:TCP
IP Address:192.168.1.***
Enable:YesI can ping to my pc but when i try to logon I cannot connect.
I have also tried to use real VNC and ultra VNC, both work from within my LAN but when I try over the net I get cannot connect errord, (I'm sure that the router is not forwarding the requests)
Please help
thanks

Not too sure whether you have enabled remote desktop web connection correctly, take a look on this remote desktop web connection how to and see any misconfiguration... Also you can remove all port forwarding setting, and redo it again on wireless router.

hi,
i have copied the settings in the tutorial that you linked to, but i still have the same error "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at"
What did you mean by "Also you can remove all port forwarding setting, and redo it again on wireless router"
