WRT160Nv2 to EFAH05W

Trying to connect the EFAH05W to the WRT160Nv2, and no matter what cable I use or no matter what router config I use, I can not get a link light on the HUB. I know for a fact that the HUB works fine. Had it working in one location 3 hours before using it at the new location. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, DAVE
