WPA-PSK stands for WiFi Protected Access-Pre Shared Key.

The WPA-PSK is set in the router. It is a user devised key so you should know what it is. If you don't know what it is the chances are that you are not entitled to connect to the router. Ask whoever set up the wireless router you are trying to connect to.
