WPA is OK but WPA2 is not working

Specs: Windows XP Home SP2, Celeron 1.2GHz / 512MB

On my WinXP Home SP2 (with both WPA KB934428 and WPA2 KB893357 patches applied) IBM Laptop, the following PCMCIA WiFi Cards do not work on WPA2. They work on WEP and WPA perfectly.

1- ZyXEL G-162
2- Option GT Combo Edge

They are old cards, but both use the latest drivers (as far as I could find on their websites, on their original product CDs)

For a comparison, TP-Link TL-WN422G which is connected over USB do work with WPA2 perfectly on this same Laptop so it must be something about the drivers of those PCMCIA cards. Is there anything I can do to make any of them work with WPA2?

Unless the cards are capable of WPA2, and from your description it looks as if they don't, then there is nothing you can do about it.

You may well have the latest drivers but they are probably as old as the hardware itself.
