Receiving a working offline message in XP and a dial up prompt on my system. I am working on a friends PC and he has Cable internet with 2 PCs going through a router. Both Pc's cannot connect. I looked into his device manager and spotted nothing to do with dial up nor did I find anything in Network Connections. These messages above are new to me, so thanks for the patience.
