hi buddies i m facing problem with my workgroup sharing.the problem is that i have a shop of press.i have two pc,s in my shop both are connected with switch.printer is install on one pc and shared it.now i access my share printer on another pc the problem is that in the other shop there is also two pcs which are connected with my switch when i share printer or folder with my pc who are in my shop the other my friend also access my printer and folder and takes a alot of prints i m very disturb kindly tell me the solution of that.only my shop pc,s access printer and shared folder not other.
and plz dont ask question that y u join the other shop pcs with ur switch this is necessory because i use dsl from there. Remember i have workgroup.kindly answer me asap

You could try creating a new user account on each of the 2 PC's you want to have print. Then, on the printer share (the Security Tab) remove all user groups (especially the "Everyone" group) and add the two new user accounts and give them appropriate rights.
Make sure you log onto the PC's with the new user accounts.
This would give printing access to the two specific accounts and disallow printing from any other.
