Hey,
I have windows xp, a NETGEAR WR614 router and am using SBC Yahoo DSL. I have two computers a DELL INSPIRON 6000 and a custom desktop, both are connected to my Netgear router via a wireless connection, but i want to connect them to each other via cross over too. How can I do this without conflicting with the wireless network ( everytime I enable the wired LAN connection the internet suddenly stops working ). PLEASE HELP, I've asked everywhere and I haven't gotten a response. And I know they are already connected through wireless, but that's the problem. I want them to recognize each other on the wired connection so I can stream files. Thanks.
