My school has a wireless network that I assume, like their wired network, is run on Windows 2000. My ancient laptop has Windows 95. Aside from making sure I buy a card on eBay that has 95 compatibility, what should I do to get this set up?

can you connect to the lan via an ethernet cable. You may want to try this before you buy the card.
