Wireless to lan to wireless, is it possible?

Specs: Windows XP
Me and a couple of my friends all live in the same neighborhood. One of my friends on the farthest side has internet, and I can connect to him without any problem. We're trying to make it so my OTHER friend who lives on the other side of me and can't connect to my first friend can get internet too. I have a wireless card, a NIC, and a wireless router.

Is it possible to connect to my friend with internet, then share that connection thru my LAN into the wireless router, and out to my friend without internet? I've been playing with it for an hour or so without luck, but maybe I'm just overlooking something. THANKS!
