In my house I have a Linksys WKPC54G wireless router, wired to 3 computers and a hub, with a laptop running a wireless card. I have another building on my property about 250-300 feet away, is there anything I can get that will send the signal wireless signal to that building? Like something that will boost the signal or relay it. I took the laptop outside and it only goes about 40 feet before the signal drops off. I don't want to pay another few hundred dollars a year, but I would really like to have a net and home network connection in the other building.

It all really depends on how much you are willing to spend in this scenario. You can setup a system similar to what an ISP uses, which would be cable going outdoors to an Omni-DIrectional antenna or setup a point-to-point link between your main building and the other using a similar unit.
May ways to do it, just a matter of how much you want to spend.

I'm willing to spend quite a bit,oer time it would save me alot of money. The problem is though I'd like to do it wireless, it's almost impossible to have a cable going from one building to the other , i was wondering if there is anything that can do it wirelessly. Like some kind of relay system, if they have outdoor equipment I can do that, but it has to be cabless.

Look into Orinoco. They have systems with a max range of 7 miles.

That should do it.
