i have my ps3 connecting through my wireless router and i can use my laptop and my psp online i can access the internet on my ps3 but i cannot update or play games it says connection lost can anyone help me??

Not with that description of the issue.

Have you reviewed one of the PS3 network docs found on the web and followed the steps?

Please explain how you can say its on the internet yet can't play games? How do you figure its on the internet?

Imagine the power if you knew how to internet search

there is a mobile browser on the playstation that lets u got on websites but i cannot play games online
