I want to connect my laptop (usb 2.0) to a usb printer via wireless. Do I have to have a router w/print server? Can I use 802.11g all the way? All I want is wireless printing at home. Thanks.

If i understand u correctly, u've got a laptop and a printer.U can get a router with print server functionality and a wi-fi nic for ur laptop, than u r on...(try to stick to same makes.recommend d-link or netgear)

If u have a laptop and a desktop, connect the desktop to printer, install 2 nic ( one of them wireless ) on the desktop.Get a wireless nic for ur laptop. That's it, u dont need a router .Use ur desktop as ur gateway for ur printing, internet functions.

good luck!!!
