wireless pc and mac

Specs: Macintosh ox10/xp pro
I have a HP all-in-one that I have hooked into my airport
extreme with usb. I print wirelessly from my macbook pro. I
also have a pc desktop that I want to hook to the airport
extreme. I bought a usb splitter (b/c the airport extreme
has only one usb port) and plugged it into the back of the
airport extreme, and then plugged the usb cable from the
printer and the pc into it. It won't print from either. don't
understand this. So if I buy a wireless card for my pc to
print wirelessly--does it matter what type to work with the
airport extreme?

And I thought Apple stuff was easy.

Did you install bonjour?

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
