...will I need a wireless router to connect them to each other? What about with two?

You dont need it but it will be simpler and less headaches for u. You will probably have to setup File and print sharing on ur computers with that wireless drive something that probably the vendor of that wireless router will not help you with.

If you dont buy the router, you will probably setup the wireless drives in adhoc mode and make sure they all have the same ssid and channel and setup each pc with a static ip address and also setup file and print sharing.

i can only ping by ip not by host name, using aol dial upi know, its not mine though, i reinstalled tcp/ip although it never asked me for disk, i set static ip, same results, is there anything else i
