Need help with wireless networking and AOL,
Both computers are running wXP. I recently changed my wired connection to a wireless one. I have a Netgear router (MR814v2) with an updated firmware. Here's the problem. When I leave my AOL on idle for more than 10 min. the aol software freezes up, disconnects and connects again. Has anyone ever had this problem? I already disable the Wireless Zero on windows XP and don't know what else to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks in advance....Oh yeah, Both the wired comp. (connected to the router) and the wireless laptop do this.

Don’t both of you realize that the routers you speak of both set up NAT automatically? 10 bucks says that if you place the pc running AOL in the DMZ, your problem will be solved.
Don't forget that the router acts as a firewall. Try placing the pc in the DMZ.
