Wireless Network Storage

Specs: Windows Vista
I am not sure how to state this question but I have a Wireless Access Point Storage configued as a client. It is SMCWAPS-G and is hard to set up. I like it when I get it right. When I do shutdown or unplug it I have to reconfig it. The directions are not suited for Windows VISTA. My question is: When I shut it down or cut it off it does not loose it's configuration, how do I make it reconnect to my router when I cut it back on? After I cut it back on - Do I just wait until it find the router?

Start by finding out if the unit is saving what you are putting in. If not then defective.

Then you have to diag what is going on if it did save.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
