Other than moving, try switching your wireless network to another channel. You may have to experiment to find the one that gives the best results.

Some modem/routers have automatic channel selection. Choose that if yours has it. Modem/router chooses the channel that has the least interference. Otherwise, you have to choose the channel and test it for hours and days to see if it works best for your environment.

I would simply check and see what channel the neighbour is on and use a different one. If they're on 6, you use 1 or 11. If they're on 11, you use one....etc

It matters not how straight the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.

Download the free utility InSSIDer and run it on your PC. It will detect other wireless networks around you, and show you (among other things) what network channel they are using. Then you can see which channels would be better, based on which channels the other network are using.
