I bought a Belikin Wireless G Router and set it up yesterday on a desktop computer so that my laptop set up somewhere else can connect. The set-up went fine. My laptop detected the wireless network and I connected to it. However, I cannot actually use the internet on my laptop.
My guess is that I need to do some configuring on my laptop's end to get it to work. Any ideas or guidance?
My wireless card in the laptop is a Dell Wireless 1390 802.11g Mini Card (54Mbps).
